Sustainable environmental protection
Technology meets responsibility
At Metalux, we think ahead and act with the environment in mind. At every stage of our work, we analyse the potential impact on people and the environment and consistently rely on resource-saving technologies. This starts with the selection of our processes and extends to the energy-efficient operation of our systems and the recovery of valuable raw materials.
We continuously invest in modern environmental technology, such as our fully automated waste water and exhaust air treatment system and a heavy metal detoxification plant. Our energy management system is also certified in accordance with international standards – further proof that we not only take environmental responsibility seriously, but actively live it.
Our goal: high-quality metal finishing with the smallest possible environmental footprint for our customers, our employees and future generations.
Through intelligent recycling of recyclable materials and the use of the latest technology, we make an active contribution to environmental protection and the future viability of our industry every day.
We rely on resource-saving technologies, operate our own waste water and exhaust air treatment system, utilise modern heavy metal detoxification and have a certified energy management system in place. In this way, we ensure that environmental pollution is reduced to a minimum.
Recycling is an integral part of our processes. Recyclable materials are separated, processed and fed back into the cycle – for example via modern filter and recovery systems in wastewater technology.
We work in accordance with the strictest environmental regulations and are regularly audited. Our environmental measures are certified according to international standards and are continuously optimised.
Our combination of our own laboratory, state-of-the-art plant technology and certified energy management allows us to be both a technical leader and particularly sustainable – an advantage from which our customers also benefit directly.
Yes, all processes used comply with the applicable environmental, energy and safety regulations. In addition, we are actively working on the further development of environmentally friendly alternatives – for example in the area of chromium(VI)-free coating solutions.
