Anodising

Anodising creates a hard, wear-resistant oxide layer that is firmly bonded to the aluminium – functional or decorative, with very good corrosion resistance.

Hard anodising

The process creates an extremely hard, ceramic-like oxide layer on aluminium – ideal protection against corrosion, abrasion and mechanical stress.

Chromating aluminium

The chemical conversion coating improves the corrosion protection of aluminium and creates an optimum adhesive base – also in a chromium(VI)-free, environmentally friendly version.

Chromic acid anodising

This special process creates an elastic oxide layer with good corrosion protection – ideal as an adhesive base for bonding and painting processes, especially in the aviation industry.

Chemical nickel plating

Without electricity, the process produces a uniform nickel-phosphorus layer – with high dimensional accuracy, wear protection, chemical resistance and good conductivity.

Passivation

The chemical treatment strengthens the natural passive layer, protects without removing metal and has a self-healing effect – even with complex geometries and interior areas.

Powder coating
